WE CAN LEARN FROM WOODCOCK

In uncertain times, never more so than now, businesses need to be dynamic and flexible. They need to have the Woodcock's ability to speciate.

Perhaps as organisations we need to be more like ‘Woodcock’.

Woodcock species are known to undergo rapid speciation, the ability to rapidly adapt to the environment around them in order to ensure the survival of their species.

Businesses that operate in all sectors need to be able to be supple, to be able to flex to the changing market, none more so than those that operate in heavily regulated industries.

Being 'supple', being able to apply sound and clear decision-making evidenced by robust and dynamic risk management is of paramount importance to the sustainability and longevity of regulated businesses.
