LEADERSHIP IS COMPULSORY

If we want to seek change, inspire others to come with us, we need to lead. The best way to lead change, is by enrolment not by diktat.

Leadership is the catalyst of metamorphosis.

Transformation, reorganisation, change management; call it what you wish, is really only possible by choice.

It’s the choice of the person who wishes to change.

Leadership cannot make this choice, but it can provide the environment, the culture, the acceptability that change is possible.

Because change is voluntary, leadership is compulsory.
