The Research

Values help us to move towards our purpose. They also guide the way we work with all of our collaborative relationships, our clients and our business partners.

The Values in Action classification system[4] and Clifton’s Strengths Quest/Strengths Finder[5], are tools employers and employees can use to identify their particular strengths. Workers prefer and derive more meaning from jobs that allow them to utilise their strengths and work towards values[6].
