Perrin founded Perrin Carey Limited as Guernsey emerged from its first Covid-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020. He left an impressive corporate career having been in the C-suite of a UK plc. Perrin's purpose in life is make a difference to the world and supporting projects that focus on the first seven years of life. His energy and enthusiasm filter through to the entire organisation.
John joined Perrin Carey Limited in 2020 with over 20 years of running businesses and managing teams. Over that time his perception of business changed radically when in 2015 his eyes were opened to the realisation that businesses were simply groups of humans (obvious in hindsight!).
Divya joined Perrin Carey Limited as blog writer and Social Media consultant in 2020. She is completing her MBA from Pune University, is a certified X-Culture Coach and specialises in Digital Marketing. She believes that organisations have a responsibility to not only make money, but to do good in the world.

Leslie is the owner-manager of Boardroom Dynamics, an international director and board development company that also undertakes director evaluation and strategic consulting.
He is Non-Executive Chairman of the Boards of M12 Solutions Limited, and Serpecon Limited. and advises the board of Field International Limited.
He is a specialist in governance in the SME arena, strategy development and implementation and works with many companies to develop the performance of directors and boards.
Alan was born and brought up in Guernsey. After a first degree in Mathematics and a PhD in Theoretical Physics, he embarked on a career lecturing and carrying out research in universities around the world, but mainly based at the University of Manchester.
His general area of expertise is in statistical mechanics, and more recently in its application to the study of complex systems in the biological and social sciences.
Jim has advised and supported Perrin Carey Limited since its inception in 2020.
Jim is an organisational culture and development specialist with over 25 years of private, public and not-for-profit experience.

Finance Advisor
Daniel is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and LSE Economics graduate with over 20 years' offshore experience in fiduciary, insurance, funds and investments.
Daniel de Lisle

Daniel joins Perrin Carey Limited in an advisory capacity. He is experienced at financial modelling and implementing strategic change initiatives, where driving growth, process automation and risk reduction are key drivers.
He presently works for HSBC as a business manager within HSBC’s Fund Management business in Guernsey. Prior to joining HSBC he worked as a Director at Rothschild Trust and a Management Consultant within the Finance industry helping to turn around various businesses including the International Stock Exchange.
